A construction company that endeavors to build a multi-storied building should ensure that all materials and the building are up to the standards for the employees to work. A construction worker should know what tools to use and when. Therefore, employer should organize construction safety training for employees. This will prevent employees from injuries and save the company from fighting legal lawsuit for negligence of workplace safety.
